Charles Poncelet

Charles Poncelet is a Counsel at Schoups.
He obtained his law degree in 2010 at the Université Catholique de Louvain, followed by an LLM in Environmental Law at Queen Mary University of London. He is a member of the French Bar Association of Brussels.
His activities encompass environmental and urban planning law and more generally real estate law, in both public and private law aspects.
He has extensive experience in the development of large-scale real estate projects and more particularly in their urban planning and environmental aspects (soil management, urban planning permits, environmental permits, socio-economic permits, mobility, waste management, pollution, etc.). He assists clients in transactional, administrative and litigious contexts.
He joined Schoups in 2021 and works mainly in the environmental law and energy law department. Prior to that, Charles worked for nine years at the law firm Liedekerke.
